What happens in an AI strategy workshop for a leadership team?
Who is an AI strategy day for?
It is for a consumer brand’s leadership team. That means the people who set direction, not the whole company.
It is a useful first step when leaders do not yet share a way of looking at AI, or when they want a plan before they ask everyone else to change how they work.
What happens on the day?
Superposition runs it as a half day or a full day, on site at your office. It is your leadership team in your own space, not a public course.
London-based, other UK locations on request.
What do people leave with?
People leave understanding how to approach AI in their business, using the Superposition framework. That framework is the seven Superposition7 areas: Fluency, Ownership & Leadership, Rules, Workflow Design, Adoption & Culture, Results, and Data & Context.
They also leave with a clear plan for what to do next. The areas are the same seven that the free Superposition7 scorecard scores.
How is a strategy day different from team training?
A strategy day is short, and it is only for leaders. The outcome is a shared approach and a plan.
The training programme is for the people doing the work. It can be your whole company, selected teams or part of a team.
It is a series of hands-on sessions at your office, with time to practise between them. People use AI on tasks they already have, such as a supplier update, a weekly report or a customer question.
Leaders still get something from the training programme: a map of where AI could do more across the business, what each opportunity needs and the steps to take next. That map comes from watching what people put into practice, which a single leadership day does not do.
In-person AI training for consumer brand teams in London describes the training programme in more detail.
When should you book a strategy day, and when the training programme?
Book a strategy day when the leadership team needs a shared way to approach AI, and a clear plan, before you commit the wider team.
Book the training programme when you want people to build the skill on their own work, with practice between sessions. You can do the strategy day first and then train the teams the plan points to. You can also go straight to training if leaders already agree where to focus.
If you are choosing between training and someone else doing the work for you, see AI training or AI consultancy.
How Superposition does this
Superposition runs AI training, workshops and hands-on support for UK consumer brands in food and drink, CPG, FMCG, DTC and e-commerce, typically £10m to £100m in revenue.
The AI strategy day is one of those workshops. It is for the leadership team, for half a day or a full day, on site at your office, priced from £1,995 + VAT.
It is led by Laura Rosenberger, former COO of Naked Wines and co-founder of the drinks brand Laylo. London-based, other UK locations on request.
The team training programme is separate to any leadership strategy work. Training typically costs £5,000 to £15,000 + VAT, depending on the size of your team. We agree the scope and price on a free call. Before any training, we talk to your leaders and the people taking part about their work, tools and blockers.
We then run the sessions at your office, and we give leaders a map of where AI could do more.

Frequently asked questions
How long is an AI strategy day, and where does it happen?
It is a half day or a full day, on site at your office. The room is your leadership team, not a public course and not the whole company. London-based, other UK locations on request. Which length you need, and the price, are agreed before you commit to anything. The first conversation is a free 30-minute call.
Who should be in the room?
The leadership team: the people who set direction for the business. An AI strategy day is not for the whole company, and it does not replace hands-on training for the people who do the day-to-day work. If you want selected teams, or everyone, to practise AI on their own tasks, that is the training programme. For that, we agree how many people take part and how many sessions to run before you book.
How much does an AI strategy day cost?
An AI strategy day is priced from £1,995 + VAT. The team training programme is separate to any leadership strategy work. Training typically costs £5,000 to £15,000 + VAT, depending on the size of your team. We agree the scope and price on a free call. There is no commitment.
What is the difference between a strategy day and the training programme?
A strategy day is for the leadership team, for half a day or a full day. People leave understanding how to approach AI using the Superposition7 areas, and with a clear plan for what to do next. The training programme is for the people doing the work. It can be your whole company, selected teams or part of a team. It is a series of hands-on sessions at your office, with time to practise in between, built around the tasks people already do.
What are the Superposition7 areas?
They are the seven areas Superposition uses to look at AI in a consumer brand: Fluency, Ownership & Leadership, Rules, Workflow Design, Adoption & Culture, Results, and Data & Context. On a strategy day, leaders use these areas to understand how to approach AI in their business and to agree a plan for what to do next. The free Superposition7 scorecard scores a business across the same seven areas. It is separate from the strategy day.
