Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data Superposition collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. The data controller is Superposition Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15726778), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. If you have any questions, email hello@wearesuperposition.co.uk.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on our homepage or on /waitlist/, we collect what you give us: usually your name, email address, company and message. These forms are used to join the 2027 training list, request a call, or get in touch.
If you sign up for our monthly newsletter, we collect your email address.
If you take our Superposition7 scorecard, we collect your name, work email, company and website, your answers, your score, and what you tell us about your business (such as your role, team size and timing). We record your details when you start, so we keep a partial record even if you don’t finish. While you take it, your progress is saved in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off.
How we use it
We use your details only to:
- reply to you
- discuss training with you
- email you your scorecard report and get in touch about your results
- send you the newsletter, if you signed up for it
Our lawful basis
For enquiries, the training list, call requests and the scorecard, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us. For the newsletter, we rely on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who else is involved
- Formspree (formspree.io) processes our forms and emails your submission to us.
- Google stores scorecard results in a Google Sheet that only we can access.
- Resend (resend.com) sends scorecard reports by email.
- Vercel hosts this website. Vercel Web Analytics measures visits without using cookies.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Cal.eu (cal.eu) handles call bookings. When you book a call, Cal.eu’s own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and scorecard data for as long as it is relevant to a potential or active working relationship, and we review it at least once a year.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your data
- stop using your data, if you object to how we use it
To do any of these, email hello@wearesuperposition.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
