The Superposition7 AI scorecard
What do you get from the Superposition7 AI scorecard?
The Superposition7 AI scorecard is a free AI scorecard for UK consumer brands from Superposition (wearesuperposition.co.uk). It is for founders and senior leaders.
You answer 21 questions about what the team does today, not what it plans to do. It takes about 5 minutes, it is free, and you do not need any confidential data. Results appear straight away, and the PDF arrives by email.
What you get:
- 21 questions, about 5 minutes
- Your scores across 7 key areas
- Our view on how you are performing in each area
- What good looks like in each area for 2027
- A PDF report to share with your team
Take it at the Superposition7 scorecard.
Which seven areas does it score?
The seven areas are the Superposition7 framework, which explains each one in full. The scorecard page is where you score yourself, and it describes them like this:
- Fluency: is AI part of real work, or just a few enthusiasts?
- Ownership & Leadership: does anyone own it, with time to do it?
- Rules: is it clear what data can and cannot go in?
- Workflow Design: is AI aimed at the work that matters most?
- Adoption & Culture: do good ideas spread, or stay with one person?
- Results: can you tell whether it is paying off?
- Data & Context: does AI know your brand, products and customers?
Each area gets a score. You also get our view on that area, and what good looks like for 2027.
Who is the scorecard for, and what does it not do?
It is for founders and senior leaders at UK consumer brands who want a shared picture before 2027 planning.
It will not write your plan, and it will not tell you which tool to buy. It shows scores, our view, and what good looks like, so the next conversation can explore the gaps your answers suggest.
An AI strategy day is the workshop version of the same seven areas: half a day or a full day for the leadership team, on site, with a clear plan for what to do next. The free scorecard is a self-assessment using the same seven areas.
How Superposition does this
The scorecard is free. You do not have to book training to take it. We collect your details and answers to provide your report, and may get in touch about your results. See our privacy notice.
If you want to talk about what the scores mean for your team, book a free 30-minute chat with Laura.
Superposition is led by Laura Rosenberger, former COO of Naked Wines and co-founder of the drinks brand Laylo. London-based, other UK locations on request. We run training in person at your office.
The training itself is hands-on, for your whole company, selected teams or part of a team, built around the work people already do.
The strategy day is the shorter workshop for leaders, priced from £1,995 + VAT. That is not the price of team training. Team training typically costs £5,000 to £15,000 + VAT, depending on the size of your team. We agree the scope and price on a free call. Either way, the seven areas above are the frame.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the Superposition7 scorecard take, and what does it cost?
It is free. There are 21 questions, and it takes about 5 minutes. The questions ask what your team does today, not what it plans to do. You do not need to share confidential data. Your results appear straight away, and a PDF arrives by email so you can share it with the team. It is for founders and senior leaders at UK consumer brands.
What are the seven areas?
The scorecard scores Fluency, Ownership & Leadership, Rules, Workflow Design, Adoption & Culture, Results, and Data & Context. Fluency is whether AI is part of real work. Ownership & Leadership is whether anyone owns it, with time to do it. Rules covers what data can and cannot go in. Workflow Design asks whether AI is aimed at the work that matters. Adoption & Culture is whether good ideas spread. Results is whether you can tell if it is paying off. Data & Context is whether AI knows your brand, products and customers.
What do the results include?
You get a score across the seven areas, our view on how you are performing in each area, and what good looks like in each area for 2027. You also get a PDF report to share with your team. The scorecard does not hand you a fix or a finished plan. It shows where you are strong and where the gaps are, so a leadership conversation has somewhere to start. The same seven areas are what an AI strategy day uses.
Do we need to book training to take the scorecard?
No. The scorecard is free and separate from training. You can take it whether or not you ever book a session. If the results start a conversation you want help with, book a free 30-minute call with Laura. Superposition runs AI training, workshops and hands-on support for UK consumer brands, in person at your office. An AI strategy day for the leadership team starts from £1,995 + VAT. That is not the price of team training. Team training typically costs £5,000 to £15,000 + VAT, depending on the size of your team. We agree the scope and price on a free call. The scorecard itself has no fee.
