What should in-person AI training for a brand team include?
Good in-person training starts with your work, not the tools. People should spend the session on real tasks from their own to-do list, with their own files and the AI tools your business already pays for.
It should also leave room to practise. We recommend a short programme with time between sessions, so people can try AI on real work, hit problems and bring their questions back.
Look for three things before you book:
- Preparation: the trainer talks to your leaders and the people taking part before the first session.
- Your tools: the training uses the AI tools and systems your team already has, not a generic demo.
- A next step: you leave with more than notes, for example a clear view of where AI could help next.
Why choose in-person training over an online course?
An online course is useful if you want to learn on your own, at your own pace. For a team that wants to change how it works together, we recommend sessions built around shared work.
In the room, people work through the same tasks together, ask questions as they come up and see how colleagues approach similar work.
If a few people on your team already use AI every day and others barely use it, we use the sessions to share the approaches people find useful and give everyone time to try them.
What will the team actually work on?
The best material is the work people already do every week. In a consumer brand that might be a supplier update, a weekly trading report, a customer question, a product description or a buyer meeting pack.
Working on real tasks means people leave with a new way of working: a more ambitious view of what’s possible, a real understanding of what the tools can do, and frameworks for applying them to their own role so they get more done, and better.
How Superposition does this
Superposition runs practical, in-person AI training for UK consumer brands in food and drink, CPG, FMCG, DTC and e-commerce, typically £10m to £100m in revenue. It is led by Laura Rosenberger, former COO of Naked Wines UK and co-founder of the drinks brand Laylo. Training is in person at your office. London-based, other UK locations on request.
- We get to know your business. Before any training, we talk to your leaders and the people taking part about their work, tools and blockers. That shapes what we teach.
- We run the sessions at your office. Hands-on sessions where people use AI on their own work, with time to practise in between.
- We map the bigger opportunities. We review what people have put into practice and give your leaders a map of where AI could do more across the business.
We start with the work, not the tools. Sometimes the answer is a better process or a system you already have.
Is in-person training right for your team?
It works best when a leader will back it, giving people time to practise between sessions and supporting what they try. It works from any starting point, from first steps to a team where a few people are already confident.

Frequently asked questions
Is the training run at our office or at a venue?
Superposition runs the training in person at your office. London-based, other UK locations on request. The sessions are just for your team, not a public course, and they are built around the tools you already use and the work your people do every week. We run it in your own space so people practise on their own laptops, files and tasks, the ones they will come back to after the session.
Who should take part?
You can train your whole company, selected teams or part of a team. Before any training, Superposition talks to your leaders and the people taking part about their work, tools and blockers, then agrees with you who takes part and how many sessions to run before you book.
Do we need to know what we want to do with AI first?
No. It's fine if some people use AI every day and others have barely tried it. The first conversation covers how you use AI now, what could work better and where help would be useful. Finding the right opportunities is part of the work, not something you need to bring with you.
How much does in-person AI training cost?
Pricing is bespoke. It depends on how many people take part and how much depth you would like. The first call with Laura is free, and the scope and price are agreed before you commit to anything.
Do you only work with teams in London?
Superposition runs training in person at your office. London-based, other UK locations on request. Mention where your team is based when you book the first call.
